electris recharging service evolves with enodrive

As of July 1, 2025, our partner in charging solutions for electric vehicles, electris Luxembourg has changed its service offering for charging at public charging stations, both in Luxembourg and abroad. As part of your leasing contract, you will now benefit from the enodrive service offered by Enovos, which will replace the current public charging service provided by electris.

What's changing for you

The electris e-mobility mobile app has been deactivated as of July 1st, 2025. You will be invited to download the enodrive app, which will include all current services as well as your charging history. Your login credentials (username and password) will remain the same.

The enodrive app also allows you to start a charging session remotely, just like the e-mobility app.

What remains unchanged

  • Your current token

You can continue using your current token across the entire public charging network until the end of your leasing contract. The token will not be replaced.

  • Your home charging if you use the charge@home service 

Reimbursement for your home charging remains unchanged: you will continue to receive a monthly credit note and reimbursement from electris for your home charging. You will also be able to view your charging history in the enodrive app.

The electris support service remains available at +352 28 83 80 77, 24/7, for technical support, including badge issues.
