An employee leaves your company and you want to transfer the leasing contract to a new collaborator? In this case, it is advisable to carry out an interim inspection of your vehicle, which may in some cases involve refurbishing.

Vehicle inspection

Please ensure that an appointment is scheduled for the vehicle inspection before the employee leaves, using the Interim vehicle check return form.

Vehicle condition report before reassignment

During the return process, a vehicle condition report will be carried out by an external expert to assess any refurbishment work that may be required before the vehicle is assigned to the new driver (*).

Handover to the new driver

If the vehicle is reassigned during the contract period, a delivery appointment can also be arranged using the Intermediate delivery form below. The appointment will be confirmed by email.

(*) Any items not returned on the day of the vehicle return will be re-invoiced.

Attention!

For the proper conduct of the intermediate check/deliveries, our service provider accepts a delay of 15 minutes maximum. Beyond this time, you will be charged.

Preparation for the intermediate restitution

A few simple steps will help you prepare your vehicle and ensure a quick and hassle-free return.

Return your car in the best conditions

Please return the vehicle in a clean interior and exterior condition.

Remove personal belongings and gather all the elements that have been delivered with the vehicle (keys, cards, charging cables...).

We would also like to remind you that the fuel indicator light should not be on: a full fuel level is necessary.

Please be sure to delete all private information such as: navigation history (GPS), mobile accounts/applications linked to the vehicle by yourself or by the manufacturer.

Important

Leasys’ assessment of the damage is non-binding in the event that the damage estimated in normal wear and tear has worsened by the end of the contract or if additional damage is added, resulting in a loss at the end of the contract.
In addition, some unrepaired damage will also likely be subject to a loss in value upon final restitution.

Intermediate delivery

Please inform us at least 2 days in advance and don't forget to bring your valid driving licence.
