Using the car
In terms of insurance, all drivers may drive the vehicle as long as they have a valid driving licence and meet the requirements of the highway code.
However, it is important to make sure that the Car-Policy set up by your employer authorises the driving of company vehicles by external persons.
We really prefer that you don’t smoke in our cars. But we cannot forbid this. Please remember that the lease car must be returned to us completely clean and without any (interior) damage.
In order to provide you with the best service, it is important to keep your mileage up to date.
Please contact our FIRST driver service (+352 40 44 11 11 | first@leaseplan.lu) with your last mileage. You can also update it via the My-Leasys Driver mobile application.
The fines are sent to Leasys (the official owner of the vehicle). We then send them to the user of the vehicle, who is also the one who has to pay the tickets. We recommend that you follow up the fines quickly to avoid reminders and the additional costs that would result from this.
As a "good family man", use your vehicle in accordance with its purpose and in compliance with the operating and maintenance regulations. Pay attention to the water and oil levels and keep a watchful eye on the warning lights on the dashboard. It's also a good idea to check tyre pressure regularly.
a) If you already have your login and password
- Click on the "Login" button
- Enter your username (your e-mail address) and click on "continue"
- Enter your password and click on "Login"
b) If you have not yet received your login
- Send an e-mail request to our FIRST driver service (+352 40 44 11 11 | first@leaseplan.lu)
- You will receive an activation e-mail
- Via this e-mail, click on "Activate your account" and create your password
- Download the mobile application and go to a)
c) If you have lost your login
- Click on the button "Forgot your password?"
- Enter your e-mail address and click on "Continue"
- Click on "Don't remember you password?" and click on "send e-mail"
- Once you have received the e-mail, click on "Reset your password" and go to a)
If you have lost your fuel card or the card code, you can contact our FIRST driver service (+352 40 44 11 11 | first@leaseplan.lu) or fill in the fuel card form in the My-Leasys Driver mobile application. We will give you the number associated with your fuel card or send you a new fuel card.
