Before taking your vehicle abroad, you will need to ensure you have the appropriate paperwork, so you comply with European legislation. You will require a travel certificate from Leasys, known as VE103b, which must be requested at least 14 days before your travel. Please note you must also inform your insurance company or your company’s insurance department to arrange adequate insurance cover for the country you intend to visit.
Drivers will need to take copies of these documents. To cover the supply and administration required, a fee may be charged to obtaining foreign travel vehicle documents.
